The staff was super lovely and helpful! i got help bringing my bags up to my room. What a relief! the room was a good size for me as a solo traveler, it had a sweet, eccentric vibe, i loved it! plus, the location was amazing! i adored the cute, eclectic neighborhood and how close it was to so many attractions!!!

The stairs were quite steep. I was a bit winded after climbing them with my luggage.

The staff was very nice, offering assistance with luggage and providing helpful directions. I felt very well taken care of! the reception remained open 24 hours ensuring assistance was always available.

Wifi was included. This. i really appreciated the availability to leave my bags at the hotel after checkout. That was very convenient. i also saw some fruits and coffee and tea available in the breakfast room all day long.

The location is central. Everything is within walking distance. The staff helped me with my bags, useful. Breakfast was simple, though adequate to start the day. The hotel also provided an early breakfast when I had to leave early.

The location proved very convenient for sightseeing. We found it easy to walk to many attractions from the hotel. I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff (they were always ready to assist). The breakfast room was like an oasis with plants and relaxing music.

The rooms could use some updating, as the furnishings seemed a bit old.

Our room featured wood paneling and interesting lamps. It included a small refrigerator and an electric kettle for tea or coffee, which i found very useful. Despite its smaller size, the room had a certain quirky charm about it.

The staff were very helpful. I left my bags downstairs, and they were willing to bring them up each time i needed something. the staff was always smiling and cheerful. That was the highlight. i was able to get laundry done at the hotel. This made things easier.

the windows were old and let in a lot of noise from outside, so it was a little loud.

The room proved far too small. i paid a considerable sum for a cramped space with what reminded me of a makeshift bed. a constant scratching sensation disrupted my sleep, suggesting possible bed bugs. the 'breakfast' consisted of basic bread and cheese only. It lacked variety.
